Christina Dick began her career in advertising in 2010 as a broadcast media buyer at The Martin Agency. where she developed social media strategy and content for GEICO, Kraft Foods, Walmart, and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.
After Martin, Christina joined Capital One’s brand social media team as strategic marketing manager and then senior community management associate, directly responsible for the financial firm’s social media platforms.
In 2014, launched the content strategy offering at Big River Advertising as their senior content strategist. While at Big River, Christina worked with familiar brands such as SweetFrog, Wicked Taco, Virginia Lottery, and Anthem. She also joined VCU’s Robertson School of Media and Culture as an adjunct professor of advertising and served as president of the Advertising Club of Richmond.
In April 2016 founded the TFB Agency, a social media-focused marketing and PR strategic consulting firm with a client list including Sonabank, Patient First, James River Air Conditioning and the VCU Brandcenter. Christina was named by Style Weekly as one of Richmond’s Top 40 Under 40 recipients for the class for 2017 and VCU Alumni’s 10 Under 10.
The former president of the Richmond Ad Club and associate board member for Richmond CenterStage served on the board of the Public Relations Society of America’s Richmond Chapter and currently serves on the Wine, Women & Shoes committee to benefit Bon Secours Forensic Nursing and the junior board of Celebrate RVA.
