Care and Feeding of Your People

This workshop is a result of themes that emerged from The Zoom, where in Spring and Summer 2019, we surveyed community partners across sectors on common issues of organizational and personal development and convened people in person to share perspectives and learn together.

People want to be seen and their values honored. Sometimes we neglect the importance of social interactions. We’ll identify what we need for good people care, identify environments in which we’ve seen that happen, and practice listening between the lines. How do you listen for what your people need?
