Coaching/Developing Others

This workshop is a result of themes that emerged from The Zoom, where in Spring and Summer 2019, we surveyed community partners across sectors on common issues of organizational and personal development and convened people in person to share perspectives and learn together.

Regardless of your position in your organization, what can you learn about the benefits of coaching? What are core skills that people need to have and deploy to coach others or to be coached? We’ll share case studies showing the successful outcomes of coaching in real life and give you a chance to practice these skills.
