Abstract: Great, so your first Agile Release Train has left the station. Congratulations, but now what? This presentation will help you learn how to build steam, accelerate down the track, be more Agile and build on your success to deliver more business value using scaled Agile concepts. You’ll hear tips to onboard more teams, create more Change Agents, and launch new trains. This session will showcase a day-in-the-life of a Release Train Engineer and discuss lessons learned over the course of more than 3 years and 5 trains.

Bio: Gary Singer is an Agile transformation leader specializing in scaled Agile, delivery and coaching, and program management. He is a proven Release Train Engineer and Agile Program Lead for Capital One. He has been with the Retail and Direct Banking division for more than six years and is based in Wilmington, DE. Gary developed and implemented a lightweight model using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), has trained and certified Product Owners and Managers, and is currently managing a complex technical program. He is a certified AWS Cloud Practitioner, SAFe SPC, Agile Coach and Facilitator, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
