Kat Costello has over 20 years of marketing experience across industries including ad agencies, financial services, and nonprofits. For the past 7 years she has managed and tracked evolution across social media environments. Prior to joining Union Bank, Kat worked as Vice-President of Marketing & External Affairs at Family Lifeline, VP/Group Account Director at Digitas in Boston, is Cofounder of Green Alley LLC, and spent almost 10 years at CapitalOne in various marketing and brand roles.
Christina Dick, Founder, TFB Agency
Christina Dick is the founder of TFB Agency, a social media-focused marketing and PR strategic consulting firm with a client list including McDonalds, Scottish Salmon Company, Patient First, and the VCU Brandcenter. Christina began her career in advertising as a broadcast media buyer at The Martin Agency, and has worked at Capital One, Big River and Aquent, marketing for brands including GEICO, Cool Whip, Walmart, Virginia Lottery, sweetFrog, and The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts.

Aaron Dotson is Principal and Creative Director at Elevation, an integrated marketing firm dedicated to elevating the brands of our clients through creative and strategic excellence. Aaron creates, builds and sells, sells, sells brands. A strategist and professor with a passion for storytelling who still loves the title “copywriter.” He is recipient of the Richmond Ad Club’s highest honor: Advertising Person of the Year.

Shannon Venable joined the non-profit sector as the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Children’s Museum of Richmond. Previously, Shannon was an executive for Dominion for over 8 years and held various officer positions in Regulation, Finance, IT, and Human Resources. At the director level, she served as a leader in multiple operational areas including electric and gas customer service, electric operations, Six Sigma and IT. Additionally, she has led initiatives including developing new organizations, strategic business planning, and streamlining delivery of products and services over her 30+ years with Dominion.
