Zoom Workshop: Creativity in the Workplace

This workshop is a result of themes that emerged from The Zoom, where in Spring and Summer 2019, we surveyed community partners across sectors on common issues of organizational and personal development and convened people in person to share perspectives and learn together.

We’ll share the research for why creativity opens our brains up to be happier, more productive workers. Practice with specific tools to encourage creative thinking in yourself and others. Learn the principals of applied improvisation where the qualities that make good improv–spontaneity, boldness, humility, collaboration, storytelling, and playfulness–also make great leaders and powerful teams. We’ll give you a space to be silly, solve specific issues with creative tools, and learn how to use the power of your whole brain.
