Christina Dick is the founder of Tiramisu for Breakfast, a marketing and communications consultancy working across social media, advertising, and public relations. Originally launched as a personal blog and passion project, Tiramisu for Breakfast evolved into a business focused on delivering "ideas you can’t get anywhere else."
TFB’s creative, social media, and influencer campaigns for McDonald’s, Style Weekly, the Tooth Bridge, James River Air, and the VCU Brandcenter have been recognized with awards from the Public Relations Society of Virginia.
Christina teaches, mentors, and guest lectures through Virginia Commonwealth University, University of Richmond and other universities and organizations. The Tiramisu for Breakfast Scholarship at VCU in 2018 to support student professional development and networking.
Before launching Tiramisu for Breakfast, Christina began her career at The Martin Agency as a broadcast media buyer and was part of early social media efforts at the agency, contributing to internal training and emerging digital work as the discipline was developing. She also worked at Capital One on the brand social media team. At Big River Advertising, she led the development of the agency’s content strategy offering, working with brands including SweetFrog, Wicked Taco, Virginia Lottery, and Anthem. She also spent time in the recruiting space at Aquent supporting recruiting efforts for major clients, partnering with candidates and hiring managers and gaining experience in hiring, candidate positioning, and evaluation.
Christina is a former president of the Advertising Club of Richmond and has served on the board of the Public Relations Society of America’s Richmond Chapter. She currently serves on the advisory boards of VCU Robertson School of Communication, The Branch Museum, and the Better Housing Coalition’s External Affairs Committee.
Christina was named to Style Weekly’s Top 40 Under 40 and VCU Alumni’s 10 Under 10.
