Learn the ways of 3D Design & Printing!

The RVA 3D Makers: 3D Printing class is a great way to learn how to use a 3D printer. Tech Em Studios instructors will teach you the basics of creating your very own 3D printed masterpiece. Including an introduction to 3D Design software that allows you to mold, and create things on the iPad! As well as the rundown on GRID’s Makerbot® Replicator® 2x 3D Printer, how it’s able to print with three dimensions! From workspace organizers, holiday designs, general life hacks, to gifts for a loved one, join a meetup to learn how 3D printing works to design your very own 3D printable object!

About the teachers:
Tech Em Studios ( http://techemstudios.com/ ) is an after-school and homeschool technology program started in 2013 right here in RVA that offers classes, camps and training focused on applied computer science and computer-aided design. With courses in coding, 3D printing, software design and device building, Tech Em’s instructors teach students at all levels the critical STEM-related skills required in the 21st century.
